We’re always on the look out for people to work with us. We like people who enjoy opening up a subject and crawling around inside, as much as they enjoy polishing it and packing it up. You can see from what we do that we’re creative, we like a challenge, process is important to us and we enjoy understanding what makes people tick. Developing ways of thinking, finding an angle and making things seem as simple as possible, are all skills we value.

We are interested in different levels of experience and expertise, so whatever your specialism, field or experiences, get in touch.

Senior Service Designer

We’re looking for 2 experienced senior service designers who have excellent design thinking, communication and consultancy skills. You’ll be expected to lead projects on a day-to-day basis and must therefore be adept at all the core service design skills: planning and conducting user research, journey mapping, service ideation and specification. We need smart, personable and energetic people who can lead and inspire great work.

Experience
You’ll be a designer with a minimum of 6 years of agency experience with a background in UX, industrial design, communications or innovation. You’ll have at least 3 years experience of service design with a considerable bias towards global, commercial-sector clients and will have had leadership and client management roles on those projects.

Skills
You should have a broad base of skills including research, strategy, innovation, specification, and communications. We’re looking for T shaped people, so deeper skills in human or business factors, design research, visualisation, or prototyping will be appreciated; so will languages. You’ll be creative, analytical and highly organised with excellent consultancy skills and business acumen. You’ll be collaborative and passionate about what you do.
