Service Design training with Microsoft
Engine recently returned from Seattle, WA, where we were lucky enough to work with team members from across Microsoft as part of our Service Design training offer.
This is the fourth time we’ve visited them and run a 1.5-day seminar about the key methods and strategies of Service Design, and how to apply and embed it within a business.
Using interactive and collaborative exercises and case studies of our experiences, Engine always aim to share a range of approaches where the participants learn through doing.
The process enables teams to join up their thinking between business goals and customer needs and bring this to life with a clear customer experience strategy.
